Project Sign off
Earlier today, I had a meeting with my tutor where we discussed my project for this term and signed off my project. If a project is signed off, that means I can start working on it because it has been approved by my tutor and me and we both know what I am doing. This is my project sign off sheet.
In my sign off sheet there is all the information about my project that is needed to fully understand what I am intending on creating this term. I will post the project plan in the next post, but firstly I wanted to mention what I talked about with my tutor during my tutorial.
My tutor gave me some ideas on how to approach the topic and about what could be good for me to research. For example, what I think is brilliant, is the idea to research how mental health is approached in the UK and how it is in Poland and maybe how it is in the Unites States, so all 3 countries on which I lived. I think it will be interesting since as I mentioned in the tutorial, with my animations that carry a message, I do not like to add dialog because a dialog in a one language, makes the animation be designated only for one group of people - people who speak the given language. I can see how adding text to maybe explain something or give resources is okay because text is easier to translate for people than spoken language.
We also talked about me struggling with my computer's storage and how I can solve it and maybe back my computer up a little bit so it can survive this term. I am thinking of purchasing a portable drive, not a usb stick because they do not carry as much space, but something that could possibly carry 2 TB. I'll see about that and hopefully buy it as soon as possible. Maybe even later today.
Good post, some interesting follow up comments on what we discussed during the tutorial. The follow up research should definitely reflect your background research in order to develop the support for this project.
